To rent a motorbike on a short-term basis, you must be of legal age and have a driving licence.

A different person may ride the motorbike, provided that he or she is listed on the rental letter as the driver and has reached the age of majority.

To rent a motorbike, you will be asked for the following documents: identification document, tax code, driving licence, privacy policy signed with the rental contract.

Once you have completed the online procedure with payment, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Any changes will be communicated to you by phone and/or email to the contact details you have provided.

We accept credit card payments on the Visa, MasterCard, Amex circuits.

Yes, the rental reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the rental price.

The motorbike can be picked up at our premises in Via Giuseppe Di Natale 34/38 in Syracuse. If you have different needs, simply let our team know and we will consider alternative solutions.

The motorbike must be returned in the same condition as found at the time of rental. In the event of any damage found when the motorbike is returned, the cost of repair will be charged. The motorbike must also be returned with all accessories, keys and relevant documents. Otherwise, we will be obliged to ask you to pay a penalty fee.

Yes, the motorbike is covered by RCA insurance.

If an accident occurs, you are obliged to:

• inform us immediately by phone at 09311628973 or mobile +39 3713794224 and send us via mail, to the address noleggio@ltmotorbike.it in the next 12 hours, a full detailed report on the form enclosed with the vehicle documents (CID Form);
• inform the nearest police authority;
• not to make statements of liability in case of uncertainty about the dynamics of the accident;
• take note of the names and addresses of the parties and witnesses;
• provide us with any other useful information;
• follow the instructions that we will provide you with concerning the custody or repair of the vehicle.

You shall be obliged to indemnify LTmotorbike for any damage not covered by the insurance policy arising from the theft of the motorbike or parts thereof, and to pay in full the value of the deposit retained on your credit card.

In the event of loss or theft of only the key of the rented vehicle, you must immediately report the fact to the competent authority and hand over the original copy of the report. The rental fee (calculated in accordance with the rate set out in the rental letter) is also due for the days that the stationary vehicle is not used. For the service of replacing the second key, you shall be required to pay the cost incurred by the Lessor, plus € 80.00.

The Short-Term Rental rate includes RCA insurance, up to 150 km per day and a full tank of petrol.
